We offer USPS First Class Shipping (3-5 days), Priority Flat Rate (2-3 days), and Express Overnight Delivery. Please understand when choosing overnight delivery that occasionally the post office cannot absolutely guarantee next day. We have had 98% success. We have had two "overnight" orders take 2 days to arrive. We cannot be held responsible for postal service delays. You will be given the different price options at checkout.
We ship most orders out the next business day when possible. Orders received during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. There are occasional random days during the month that we may not ship. This can delay shipping by two business days.

Credit and Debit Card Purchases:
All card purchases will require a pre-authorization from your bank before the order is processed. Pre-authorization is a standard procedure to confirm that sufficient funds are available and payment will not be transferred out of your account until the date of shipment. Please note that your banking statement may reflect both the pre-authorization amount and the payment amount on your account, but you are not being charged twice. The pre-authorization amount will be removed from your account within a few days, depending on the policy of your bank.
Return information:
Returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with tags are accepted within 30 days of purchase. No refunds on shipping costs. No returns or exchanges on accessory items such as jewelry, bags or CDs. We inspect items upon receipt and will not accept your return if clothing is not in resellable condition (excessively wrinkled, makeup, pet hair, deodorant, washed).

Please send a copy of your invoice and mark what you would like to exchange it for and what size, or whether you would like a refund. All returns must be shipped back with a tracking number with delivery confirmation. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in the mail or sent without a tracking number.
We are not always able to process returns the same day that we receive them. Sometimes it takes up to 5 days for us to process a return. When we are crediting your card, the bank takes 5-7 days of processing before the credit is reflected on your card. You will not see the credit reflected the day we process your return. Due to the volume of transactions we do not contact you when we receive and process your return. We appreciate your patience.
